:TITI Foundation met with Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County on Tuesday.

The Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County, Hon. David Lisi Christopher held a meeting with an organization operating in the county to acqaint himself with the organization's activities on the ground. 

The team headed by the cordinator of Relief and Rehabilitation Commission briefed Hon. Commissioner on their activities in the county.

Hon. Commissioner appreciated the team for the tremendous efforts in helping the devastated communities of Kajo-Keji County. 

Hon. Commissioner outlines challenges facing the people in five payams of Kajo-Keji county and encourages the organization to engage more in empower the people of Kajo-Keji on farming and other developmental projects which he believes will build confidence among the returnees.

Hon. Commissioner pledged to work closely with implementing partners and monitor their projects in the county. 

Sadia Rose, the TITI Foundation project manager, applauded Hon. Commissioner for the cooperation and promised to implement the projects in a transparent manner that benefits the communities in the ground. 

TITI Foundation is one of the national organizations operating in Kajo-Keji County. This year's projects of food and security, livelihood, piggery, poultry, rehabilitation, and bee keeping among others are implemented in Kangapo 1&2 payams of Kajo-Keji County.

The Bishop of the diocese of Kajo-Keji met with Hon. Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County

Rt. Rev. Lule James kenyi,  Bishop of the diocese of Kajo-Keji and a team of pastors, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County on Tuesday. 

Rt. Rev. Lule congratulated the commissioner for the new assignment and urged him to work hand in hand with leadership of the church to better serve the interest of the people. 

Lule briefed Hon. Commissioner on activities the church is rendering to the people of Kajo-Keji. He  further enlightened him on the role of the church on peace building in the county. 

Rt. Rev. Lule outlines the challenges facing the people of Kajo-Keji, saying that the communities along the borderlines are living peacefully. According to Bishop, the UPDF are the ones causing instability in the borders of Moyo and Yumbe. Lule called on the people of Kajo-Keji who are still in refugee camps to come home.

Hon. Commissioner appreciated the Bishop for the tremendous efforts and urged the leadership of the church to always be close to him and advise on challenges facing the citizens of Kajo-Keji. 

He promised to cooperate and collaborate with the church to better serve the interest of the people of Kajo-Keji.
